“This special day is not just for lovers…. It is also for Friends who love each other. Happy Valentine’s Day My Friends”
I am blessed to be alive and healthy, surrounded by heroes in my fallen times, emotionally and mentally supported by Medical staff, Nursing Staff, Clerks and Therapists as well as family members and friends in my complex convoluted family issues. This afternoon started very hectic and challenging, yet by God ‘s miracle the evening ended in high note spending time with family. I must credit my eldest who made the evening extra special. Love is unconditional, Love is patient, Love does not judge. I am God ‘ Servant so is my household so I do not have to fear when my life is a swirl of problems. I take my problems to Him and call His name in Faith and he never fails me. I saw myself getting lost from Sally Beauty Salon and getting lost going home at 4:15pm. A 5mn drive.
I ask my psychiatrist if I have Dementia. he stated no. He states that I am very anxious , have cognitive impairment due to prolonged insomnia. I am moderately medicated and yet, many nights, I can not sleep. I have my eldest who’s restarting school. An ex that has long HX of being abusive verbally and physically. I thought marriage is forever. It is not the case for everyone. I am learning to take baby steps to take care of my needs and my youngest children. I am fortunate to have a wonderful, healthy mother.
Be thankful, wherever step you are in your life and try to be an angel, a friend to a stranger. that goes far with Our Maker. We only need his approval, no one else. I want to thank in the bottom of my heart an ER physician at Memorial Miramar and Dr. Gaines at a mental clinic who got through me that I am valuable and worthy and taught me better coping skills. I am using these skills ongoingly. I am sure better days lay ahead for me and my family .
